We are located amongst a plethora of tropical wildlife and 400 miles of scenic canals, only minutes from the salty water of Cape Coral Beach. Enjoy the surrounding bounty of nature such as the protected burrowing owls (our first-door neighbors), spiny-tailed iguanas, tortoises, ospreys, and dozens of species of butterflies that provide us with companionship wherever we roam.The house is stylish and modern, yet functional. The pool area is sure to be a central area of enjoyment during your stay in this sub-tropical region. There is an outdoor lounge area on the pool deck as well as the screened porch perfect for relaxing after a dip in the pool. We also installed an electric pool heater so that summer lasts throughout the year! We hope that the amenities we have will make you feel comfortable during your stay with us.To ensure your full relaxation, we put a special emphasis on your sleep comfort! After a thorough research, we equipped all the bedrooms with a variety of high-end mattresses (including Tempur-Pedic), pillows, and sheets.We have central air conditioning (AC).Between the two guest rooms you will find the glass-doored linen closet where you can find extra towels, sheets and blankets as needed. We have colored striped towels for pool use and the other towels are for bathroom use only.There are high-capacity washer and dryer located in the laundry room (between the kitchen and the garage).Smart-Home Technology that is a part of this rental:1)Keyless Entry / smart lock is available.2)High-speed internet (600 Mbps) is offered throughout the house3)All our bedrooms and the living room come furnished with brand new televisions already connected to the Internet and ready for your pleasure. Fortunately, Cape Coral is known for being a very safe area due to the need to cross the long bridges to get here from Fort Myers.8) Electric Pool Heater will allow you to enjoy the warm water throughout the yearKitchenThe kitchen is fully stocked, equipped for any foodie ready to create their next masterpiece. In addition to regular high-quality appliances, we purchased a couple more that are available for your use: a rice cooker, blender, breakfast sandwich maker and toaster. You can use everything in the pantry and refrigerator, no need to buy salt, spices, etc.The water in the house is drinkable, and for the distinguished palettes we also provide filtered water through the refrigerator and a Britta pitcher in the refrigerator.The dishwasher is located under the counter in the island of the kitchen. You may find the need to gently slide the dishwasher out from the counter an inch or two to be able to reach the controls.Our coffee station is equipped with a brand-new Keurig K-Cafe coffee maker (machine complete with frother for professional style Latte’s and Cappuccino’s). There is an instruction sheet near the machine with instructions for use. We also have a stovetop teapot and French press available.You are provided with a Welcome Basket upon your arrival, complete with coffee K cups, tea bags, sparkling water, and some yummy snacks.If the kitchen is missing anything that would make your stay even better, please do not hesitate to let us know.There are high-capacity washer and dryer located in the laundry room (between the kitchen and the garage).We provide beach chairs and beach toys for your time lounging on the indulgent sand of the nearby beaches, located in the garage.Thank you!
