Welcome to our most recent addition. This studio has a vast open space plan with a sparkling clean kitchen and superb amenities. There is a dedicated office space with a great storage space. You will love the space for the comfortable kitchen Island seating, walk-in shower, and living space.HEATING AND AIR: This old system uses a boiler/chiller to push hot or cold water to a fan coil inside an exchange unit in the condo. The exchange unit blows hot air in the winter or cold air in the summer off of the fan coil into the room. An exchange unit is located below the windows in every room. The plates on top of the exchange unit can be flipped up to regulate the hot or cold air fan speed. The system is limited to hot or cold, not both. In the fall and spring, the units are switched from heat to air or vice versa. Therefore I would describe it as heat OR air. When it is unseasonably hot or cold fans or space heaters can be provided upon request.WASHER AND DRYER:For your laundry needs, there is a washer and dryer available in the basement. The cost is $1.75 per load.ANIMALS:Please be aware that animals are not permitted in the condo, in accordance with the HOA (Homeowners Association) regulations.PARKING:Parking is not included with your reservation. However, there are several conveniently located paid parking lots in the vicinity of the building. We recommend using the garage located at 31 Baker St. 30308 for its enhanced security. On the other hand, we do not recommend the surface lot at 17 Baker St. 30308. Parking rates may vary based on demand.Check-in is extremely easy. There is a 24 hours concierge available to check you in and direct you to your condo. Keyless entry to the unit. A key fob is available to freely enter and exit the building after check-in. I am always contactable for anything you need, please use the Airbnb app for messages to guarantee delivery.You are right in the heart of Downtown Atlanta. The Neighborhood is referred to as the Hotel District. Why would you stay at a hotel when you could stay here!? It is perfect for business travelers, and those attending corporate functions or exhibitions. For the sports traveler, the Atlanta Falcons and Atlanta Hawks are a walk away. The World of Coco Cola, Centennial Park, Georgia Aquarium, and Georgia State University are your neighbors. You are in the Middle of Peachtree Center and Civic Center MARTA stations. Around a 5 minute walk to either.You have access to the entire condo during your stay, making it your home away from home.Check-in couldn’t be simpler. Our 24-hour concierge will welcome you and grant you access through the front entrance. Please remember to have a valid ID on hand. If the person checking in isn’t the same as the one who made the reservation, please inform us in advance. The concierge will verify that the guest checking in matches the reservation name and guide you to your condo. In the provided instructions, you’ll find a digital door code for accessing your condo. For the duration of your stay, a key fob will be available in the condo for easy entry into the building.Rest assured that I’m always available to assist with anything you may need. To ensure prompt communication, please use the platform messenger for any inquiries or requests.Unwind in the cozy Downtown Studio, a well-appointed bathroom, and a fully equipped kitchen for all your culinary needs. Relax in the living room with a 45-inch cable TV or catch your favorite shows. Impeccably fresh linens and towels are always provided.Rest assured, we’ve made your stay hassle-free with easy-to-follow instructions for property access and prompt assistance for any concerns during your visit. We’re just a call away if you need anything.You won’t find a more central location than this. A mere 3-minute stroll takes you to the Peachtree Center MARTA train station, providing a convenient 15-minute ride to the airport. Within a 10-minute walk, you’ll reach a wealth of attractions, including America’s Mart, Phillips Arena, World Conference Center, Mercedes-Benz Stadium, Centennial Park, Coca-Cola Museum, Georgia Aquarium, and you’ll also find a variety of restaurants and convenience stores right at your doorstep.We’ve thought of every detail to ensure your utmost comfort.
