You will love the space for the comfortable kitchen Island seating, walk-in shower, and living space.HEATING AND AIR: This old system uses a boiler/chiller to push hot or cold water to a fan coil inside an exchange unit in the condo. The exchange unit blows hot air in the winter or cold air in the summer off of the fan coil into the room. An exchange unit is located below the windows in every room. The plates on top of the exchange unit can be flipped up to regulate the hot or cold air fan speed. The system is limited to hot or cold, not both. In the fall and spring, the units are switched from heat to air or vice versa. Therefore I would describe it as heat OR air. When it is unseasonably hot or cold fans or space heaters can be provided upon request.WASHER AND DRYER:For your laundry needs, there is a washer and dryer available in the basement. The cost is $1.75 per load.ANIMALS:Please be aware that animals are not permitted in the condo, in accordance with the HOA (Homeowners Association) regulations.PARKING:Parking is not included with your reservation. However, there are several conveniently located paid parking lots in the vicinity of the building. We recommend using the garage located at 31 Baker St. 30308 for its enhanced security. On the other hand, we do not recommend the surface lot at 17 Baker St. 30308. Parking rates may vary based on demand.Check-in is extremely easy. There is a 24 hours concierge available to check you in and direct you to your condo. Keyless entry to the unit. A key fob is available to freely enter and exit the building after check-in. The Neighborhood is referred to as the Hotel District. Why would you stay at a hotel when you could stay here!? The World of Coco Cola, Centennial Park, Georgia Aquarium, and Georgia State University are your neighbors. You are in the Middle of Peachtree Center and Civic Center MARTA stations.
