Step aside into our Den area where the entertainment can continue or engage in some alone relaxation and reading.Each bedroom has its own style which your hosts have picked with much thought and care. The Blue Blossom, the master bedroom, brings a hint of tranquility that is calming to the eyes. It contains a king-size bed with an en-suite full bathroom and easy access to the pool. The Floridian Sunshine room is designed to brighten up our guests. It contains a queen-size bed, an en-suite full bathroom, a walk-in closet and easy access to the pool. The Lush Green room brings an optimistic and soothing ambiance, featuring two single twin size beds and a tv for entertainment. The home especially invites its little guests with the fun and adventure underwater theme room where they can let their imagination and creativity grow.The villa also offers a game room for your entertainment. Sit for a card game or a round of competitive poker, play some foosball or a friendly game of pool.Finally, step out and onto the pool deck area for more fun under the sun. Plenty of space for everyone to laugh and splash in the heated pool, unwind in the hot spa, or relax on the lounge chair while soaking up some sun.We offer express, self-check-in. No hassle of carrying house keys or losing them. Guests will be provided the entry code 24hrs prior to their arrival date with the check-in details. The house is equipped with door sensors and cameras located outside the house providing extra peace of mind and security throughout your stay.Tupelo Villa is a self-service unit, we recommend all guests to purchase daily necessities for their stay. We provide a bathroom starter pack containing the first roll of toilet paper, a set of bar soap, shampoo, conditioner, and a body wash tube for each bathroom.The self-service kitchen is fully equipped with a starter pack that contains one roll of paper towel, a sponge, 2X dishwashing pods, and 2X trash bags. In addition, we offer laundry starter pack containing 2x detergent pods.Due to food and safety regulations, we are not allowed to leave open food in the refrigerator or in the kitchen, hence all food items will be removed after the guests checks out and no condiments will be provided prior to check-in.Please note that the villa comfortably houses 9 guests. Any additional guests need to be notified to the host prior to the arrival. There will be a $25 per day, per guest charge, for the entire duration of the stay.The pool can be heated for an additional fee of $30 per day. This is recommended between the months of October & April. Pool heat is only available for the entire stay. The mandated temperatures are 89 degrees Fahrenheit (31degrees Celsius) for the pool and up to 104 degrees Fahrenheit (40 degrees Celsius) in the spa area. Please note that pool water may take up to 24 hours to be fully heated. Therefore, prior notice will help us to serve you better during your stay.This home is NOT pet friendlyAll guests must complete a booking form and agree to Vrbo terms and conditions. This is to allow for the check-in details to be emailed, along with useful local information. Please read the check-in details carefully and print these out prior to your arrival.You can reach out to the hosts, or our management company in case any issues arise during your stay.
