Welcome to this gorgeous, 9th floor, luxury beach condo at the highly desired Shores of Panama Resort. This updated unit has quality furnishings including extra large smart TVs throughout for your entertainment. The stunning ocean front views from the floor to ceiling patio doors in living room will take your breath away. The same views may be seen from the kitchen and master bedroom. The elevators are just a short walk from the unit’s entrance and the reserved parking space is conveniently located on the 9th floor as well.The master bedroom suite has a comfortable king bed. It also has a private full bathroom. You will also find a bunk room with a single over double bunk bed, a closet, a window and an attached full bath/laundry room. This room has a door for extra privacy and noise reduction. The living room has a queen sofa sleeper, a second love seat and a comfy recliner for those lazy days. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you will need to cook meals for your family and friends if you wish. The newer stainless steel appliances are an awesome addition to this units spacious kitchen. Attention to detail is our top priority to make your stay feel like home.The resort at the Shores of Panama is amazing as well. This grand resort has the largest outdoor pool and pool area on the beach. It boasts a 14,000+ square foot Lagoon Style pool area & pool, an over-sized outdoor hot tub, waterfalls, fountains, a tiki bar and grill, and exotic tropical landscaping. There is also a large heated indoor pool and hot tub, a fitness center, an ice cream & coffee shop and a delicious pizza kiosk! From the outdoor pool area is a walkway to your beach paradise!SPECIAL NOTE: AN $85 RESORT FEE IS DUE UPON ARRIVAL. THIS FEE COVERS YOUR 6 RESORT WRISTBANDS AND 1 PARKING PASS .
