This single-story getaway features four bedrooms – two bedrooms that share a bathroom and two bedrooms with en suite bathrooms. All bedrooms are equipped with TV for guest convenience. Both en suite bedrooms feature handy, pull-out drawers beneath the beds for guests to store clothes. One of the other bedrooms also includes built-in storage.Unwind after blissful days in the converted garage, featuring a media room with recliners, an arcade game, and smart TV. Let the kids watch a movie while dinner simmers in the pristine kitchen, equipped with a full suite of appliances. Family-friendly perks include a Pack ‘n Play and children’s dinnerware. Enjoy the use of community basketball and tennis courts as well as a new mini-golf course.THINGS TO KNOWThe pool can be heated for an additional fee.Snowbird-friendly.Family-friendly with a provided Pack ‘n Play, media/game room, and children’s cookware.Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 2 vehicles.3 days notification is required in order to heat the pool. A fee of USD 32 per day must be paid prior to check-in to purchase pool heat for your stay.Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
