WELLS BEACH HOUSE: “THE GULL”If location is important to you this is your type of vacation home. This beautiful bright beach house is located on a quiet dead end road just steps from the beach. The house is perfect for a group coming to have fun and relax during the summer. There is a yard that’s great for barbecuing, throwing a frisbee around, or simply relaxing. Maine’s Hidden Cove Brewery just happens to be 1 mile from the home, as well as the delicious Congdon’s Donuts. There are lots of great restaurants around the area and fun places to get ice cream after! “The Gull” is fondly named by our grandparents, who saw a seagull sitting on the house during their first stay.
