Enjoy a Wells Beach oceanfront vacation in an uncrowded section of sandy beach.A bright, sunny, 2 bedroom, ocean-level apartment that is just one step down from the driveway. The quiet owners live on the first and second floors above.This apartment is part of a beach cottage built about 100 years ago. It has undergone many upgrades and improvements over the course of the 60 years that it has been in our family.The apartment consists of 2 bedrooms each with a queen-size bed, free WiFi, HD TV, an open kitchen/living area and an enclosed porch overlooking the ocean and beach. There is a full futon with a comfortable mattress on the porch. It should be noted that the ceiling on the porch is about 6 ft.in height. A great place for sitting, having a coffee or sipping a glass of wine.There is one bath that is split; the shower area is separate from the toilet and sink.Most of our tenants return year after year. We value our guests and prefer not having large gatherings for the comfort of us, our neighbors, and our tenants.During the months of July and August and the first part of September, as well as the last week in June we only rent for the week. Before and after those times we do rent by the day with a minimum of a 2 night stay..HDTV. Reply to Judy with any inquiries. Available 2017 for Spring,Summer weeks and off season weekends available.
