West Haven Delight – The Shire – 4 Bedroom 3 Bath Pool HomeOur family home has a spacious, open plan layout, with 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a games room, plus pool with spa, on the popular community of the Shire at West Haven.Enter the entrance hall which leads onto the main family room, with a comfortable suite for pure relaxation, and flat screen tv. Patio doors lead out to the pool deck.We include a formal dining table setting which seats up to six guests, plus additional seats at the breakfast bar. Our full kitchen has stainless steel appliances, including an American refrigerator, microwave, oven/stove and dishwasher. Just keep fully stocked for family meals after a day out or spoil Mom and sample the varied cuisine on offer at the nearby Champions Gate, with both fast food and restaurants including Olive Garden, Longhorns, Fords Garage, and Orlando Ale House to name a few.The Utility room has a full-sized washer and dryer for our guest’s convenience.The Bedrooms comprise a Master suite with king bed, furnishings and flat screen tv. Ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower, Garden tub, ‘His and Hers’ twin vanities and toilet cubicle.Guest Master bedroom has a Queen bed, furnishings and flat screen tv. Ensuite bathroom comprising of combo tub/shower, single vanity and toilet.At the front of the home are two Twin bedrooms, each have two twin beds (singles), furnishings and share a family bathroom, comprising of combo tub/shower, single vanity and toilet.The Games room has a pool table and air hockey table.Finally, we offer a Shaded lanai with patio furniture for alfresco dining. Large pool with spa, sun loungers for sunbathing and enjoying the Florida sun.Driveway parking for two vehicles.There is No overnight street parking permitted per the HOA guidelines, and towing is enforced if vehicles are parked in the street after 12.00midnight.Club House amenities are for Guests of the Shire and Abbey communities only – Club House, communal pool, fitness room, tennis and volleyball court. Please ask for assistance upon arrival and the access card as this is not available to all West Haven visitors.There is a safe for guests use and alarm in the home for additional security.Please note this is a non-smoking home. Small pets are permitted to stay but must receive approval at the time of booking with the management company.We wish you all a safe and relaxing vacation.
