Welcome to Westgate Wonder ~ The enjoyment you will get from this home will not be surpassed. The resort backyard will provide you hours of entertainment and relaxation. On hot sunny days the pool and spa are easily shaded by two massive retractable umbrellas and on cooler winter nights both the pool and spa can be heated*. There are multiple sitting areas to relax. Depending on your mood pick the outdoor couches under the patio, the chairs situated around the fire pit, or the wicker loungers on the side of the home under the pergola. Brush up on your putting game on the recently refinished putting green or line up some friendly competition for a game of bocce ball.Back inside, you will enjoy the open great room layout in the living room area. There is enough room for a large family to gather around the kitchen and enjoy home-cooked meals. The cabinets are fully stocked cupboards with cooking, baking, and dining ware. This house has two “game rooms” to choose from. The room at the front of the house has a pool table, flat screen tv, and leather couches to relax on, or the room at the back with the flat screen TV and gaming system. For those working remotely or homeschooled, close the doors on the office and get your job done with privacy and quiet surroundings.There are four bedrooms all equipped with comfortable mattresses and linens. The master suite features a king bed, flat-screen TV, private access to the backyard and an ensuite bathroom. There are two guests bedrooms with queen beds and another with a twin and full/double size bed. All rooms have TV’s for your enjoyment.Casago House Rules**Stays 21 days during 5/1-10/31 will require a utility deposit in the amount of $500.00 – the deposit will be collected once the booking is confirmed either via Airbnb or a direct charge to the card on file.**~ Check-in time is at 3:00 PM~ Check-out time is 10:00 AM~ Please remember! We are not able to accommodate an early check-in or late check-out, so please make sure coordinate your travel plans ahead of time~ Casago provides a starter pack which will include hand soap, body wash, shampoo and conditioner, toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher pods, and laundry soap. Please refrain from using “flushable wipes.”~ No pets or large gatherings~ Renter must park in the garage or visitor parking spaces. No Trailer Parking Is Allowed; The HOA issues fines – No street parking overnight – all vehicles must be in the garage or driveway. Repeated over night parking in the visitor parking is not allowed.~ No smoking inside, outside the property, or on the premises. $1000.00 fee billed to guests if there is any visual evidence, the smell of smoke in the home found upon check-out, or smoke detected in the house. Our no-smoking policy includes the smoking of marijuana and vape pens.~ Homes are electronically monitored for noise and smoke detection~ Utility caps apply. This 4 bedroom has a $250 utility allowance per 30 days ($8.34 per day.) Guest are responsible for any amount billed over the $250 utility cap. Utility cap overages will be charged to a credit card on file for stays over 21 days or longer~ All Casago Homes are inspected every 30 days to change filters and batteries and service the lock. We appreciate your cooperation in advance.~ Guest booking the homes must be at least 25 years of age. Reservation holder must be at the home unless approved in advance by Casago.~ All reservations are subject to a background check and an additional screening fee. The reservation holder must submit their driver’s license and Selfie thru Guest Ranger and sign the Casago management rental agreement within 72 hours of booking.~ Additional fee to heat the pool/spa. Pool/spa heat temperature cannot be guaranteed. Weather, length of reservation, and other environmental factors may prevent the pool from achieving your desired temperature. Inform the agent ahead of time to prepare.**30 day minimum required**
