This home is very close to the water, so you will want to keep that in mind if you have young children.Due to recent housing boom we are experiencing more construction throughout our neighborhoods. Please be advised it as may be near this property.Security cameras located on the outside the propertyIn lieu of a security deposit we require a $65 damage waiver fee through Safely that covers guests up to $5000 in damages to the property.Quiet Hours are from 10PM-8AM!All refunds will exclude a 5% credit card service fee.
