Whispering Pines is located on a highly desirable road in Mooresville with huge views of Lake Norman’s main channel.Whispering Pines features floor to ceiling windows, allowing the beautiful views to be seen from both the living room and dining room! There is a secondary living room to provide a comfortable space for children at the front of the home. The covered back porch overlooks the main channel of Lake Norman, making this the perfect spot for your morning coffee or outdoor dining.The spacious private dock has a large covered space with an outdoor dining table ready for 6 guests to enjoy. If you are a boater, you will enjoy having access to two boat slips and additional cleats on the sides – perfect for bringing multiple boats!Don’t forget to add a boat rental to your stay to get the most out of your Lake Norman experience! We have partnered with a nearby marina to provide our guests with brand new tritoons – delivered right to your dock for your ease! Just ask us about boat rentals and we will arrange for one to be delivered to you!*** Please note that garage parking is not available at this home.*** We cannot guarantee lake levels as they do change daily.*** Pet fee of $150 per dog – up to one dog allowed
