It is fully furnished and will meet all your needs. This is a great place for couples or small families to relax. It is in a very safe neighborhood and close to the beaches. There is a fairly large influx of Amish in this neighborhood especially in the winter months and can be seen walking or riding their bikes.You will find a charming little coffee bar and Keurig- to make delicious, iced coffees after a day at the beach. The kitchen comes with a mini fridge, a toaster oven and microwave. The kitchen is also fully stocked with pots, pans, and utensils. You will find basic ingredients in the kitchen such as sugar, flour, coffee etc.The bedroom has a queen bed with a large screen Smart TV with cable and streaming channels like Netflix and Comcast Xfinity Stream. The bedroom includes a pack and play for an infant or small child. The couch in the living room offers sleeping space for 1 person. There is access to a laundry room that is shared with the main house.The laundry room is shared with the attached main house. Please be courteous of other guests and make sure your laundry is taken care of right away so they may use the facilities as well. We ask you to be respectful of the other guests and do not run laundry after 10pm.The main house has a separate entrance and totally separate quarters.**Guests may book the main house through a separate listing.Only 1 parking space is available on the left side of the circle drive. Please do not block the other parking spaces as they are reserved for guests that book the main house.Nearby, the little town of Pinecraft attracts lots of Amish. There is a fairly large influx of Amish in this neighborhood especially in the winter months and can be seen walking or riding their bikes.The home is located 5-7 miles from Siesta Key Beach and Lido Beach. It is also within walking or biking distance of the Pinecraft park. There is a huge array of shopping at your fingertips and some amazing Amish-food restaurants such as Der Dutchman and Yoder’s just down the road. No car? No problem! Just a short walk to the nearest SCAT bus stop, and you can be at any location within a few minutes.**Please note this is an attached apartment unit to the main house and there is a potential for noise due to this!**Quiet time after 10pm**No loud partiesWe offer a complimentary starter kit of necessary amenities which is generally enough for shorter stays but after that is used up, it is the responsibility of the guest to provide the rest for themselves.If you need anything, please contact us through the VRBO messaging system.
