Use this base for skiing & hiking & climbing. 20 minutes to Loon & Waterville Valley. 10-30min from the best hiking trails in NH, Appalachian Trail & 15min from Rumney.Beautiful river behind the property and also a 17-acre natural area with hiking trail loops maintained by the Campton Conservation Commission. 10 minutes from Plymouth NH near Univeristy of Plymouth with many restaurants and shops.
