The house is surrounded by lots of palm trees and tropical landscaping.There are 3 bedrooms, two of them are equipped with a king size bed, the third one has a queen size bed. Two of the three bedrooms have direct access to the lanai and every bedroom features its own TV.The master bathroom boasts a walk in shower, bath tub, dual sinks and large windows for natural light. Apart from the large living room and spacious kitchen there is also an office with desk for the occasional work.The large electrically heated swimming pool and hot tub with its Western exposure are great for entertaining.This home is also located on a Gulf access canal and features its own boat lift which is available to tenant. Zwei der drei Schlafzimmer haben direkten Zugang zur Terrasse und jedes Schlafzimmer hat einen eigenen Fernseher.Das Master Bathroom bietet eine grosse Dusche, eine Badewanne, zwei Waschbecken sowie grosse Fenster fuer viel Tageslicht.Neben dem grossen Wohnzimmer und der gereaumigen Kueche gibt es auch noch ein seperates Buero fuer die gelegentliche Arbeit.Der grosse elektrisch beheizbare Swimmingpool und der Whirlpool mit Westausrichtung bieten ausreichend Platz fuer die ganze Familie.Dieses Haus liegt ausserdem an einem Gulf Access Kanal und besitzt ueber einen eigenen Bootslift, der dem Mieter zur Verfuegung steht. (Ca. 40 Minuten zum Coloosahatchee River)
