We welcome you to come experience a vacation stay at the “White Sands Beach Cottage”; the location is simply a gem!Our property is steps away from both White Sands Beach and Barnegat Bay (1 block from each), which puts you in close proximity to the most beautiful sunrises and sunsets. We are walking distance to some of the best local restaurants, offering a wide pallet of culinary options and live entertainment, such as: Chef Mike’s Atlantic Bar and Grill, Bum Rogers, Berkley Cut, Island Beach Fish Company, Ebby’s, and Jerry’s Pizza and Subs. Our guests literally can arrive, park their car, and never move it again during their entire stay!Want a little more to do? We are also walking distance to the Seaside Park boardwalk, which connects to the Seaside Heights Boardwalk. The boardwalks continue for miles, and provide access to mini golf, water parks, arcades, and rides; as well as a wide variety of restaurants and nightlife.We have plenty of local aquatic attractions (i.e. boating, sailing, wind surfing, parasailing, jet skiing, kayaking, crabbing, and fishing). One cannot forget to mention the very desirable Island Beach State Park. Within the deck there is a designated area specifically for the cottage. There is a shared Weber BBQ on right side of the structure and a shared open rinsing area (to remove sand) on the left side of the structure. On the deck itself, there is a private outdoor eating area for 4-6 persons, as well as two (2) Adirondack chairs (perfect for watching the sunsets). These amenities are specifically for the guests of the White Sands Beach Cottage.The property is approximately 1,000 sq. feet and is ideal for a single family with 4-6 members, or a couple looking for ample space.While the property does have multiple sleeping spaces, we limit the maximum capacity to six (6) persons. We want your stay to be as comfortable as possible, and this capacity is designed with that in mind.Parking for two (2) vehicles is designated in front of the property; one vehicle behind the other.We offer a shared 50 Amp / 240V / 14-50 Heavy-Duty Receptacle for Level 2 EV Charging.[Note: You will need your own Portable Level 2 charger to plug in to the receptacle.]We are only hosting families and adult couples, and will not accept any prom, graduation, event groups, or third-party bookings. The primary renter must be 25 years or older and must be staying on the property. All house rules are clearly stipulated prior to booking.Smart Home Features:We are a “smart home”; we believe in technology and the ease that it can bring to our homes. As such, all TV are smart TV’s (basic cable + local channels are available) and High-Speed Wi-Fi is included. We provide free access to YouTube TV. Access to Netflix, Amazon Prime Video, Apple TV, Hulu, etc., is also available, via the guest(s) account.Each bedroom is equipped with a TV. (There are 3 TVs in total in the cottage.)The cottage has 2 exits with keypad entry for self-check in and easy access during your stay.Central Heat and A/C regulate the temperature throughout the home.We have a smart speaker in the house enabling you to play music.The furniture purchased for this cottage is stylish, comfortable, and sturdy. It was not intended to be disposable, but rather designed to fit the space and provide function.Bed frames are sturdy (made of metal), topped with highly rated mattresses and pillows, hoping to bring relaxing and comfortable sleeping nights to our guests.We offer a fully stocked kitchen with all your cooking tools requirements: dishes, cups, pots, tea kettle, serving platters, eating & cooking utensils, Keurig and drip style coffee machines, toaster, chopper, blender, baking items, waffle maker, etc.Lastly, since the house was recently updated, we have undergone a detailed home inspection, which means you can sleep with confidence knowing our property has passed rigorous inspections, meeting all city and state guidelines.If you are looking to vacation with friends or family but not share the same living quarters, we also offer two other units, which are on the same property, called “Barnegat Bay Cottage” and “SSP Cottage”.Alternatively, if you are looking for a 3 bedroom property located closer to the boardwalk, kindly check out our sister property in Seaside Heights, called “Seaside Cottage”.You can see all of the ‘MyShoreCottage’ Properties;’ “Barnegat Bay Cottage”, “SSP Cottage”, and “Seaside Cottage”, by using the drop-down menu or by clicking on our host picture, depending on which site you are on.
