Condo is a 3 bedroom lockoff which means it consists of a larger 2br deluxe with 2 baths next to a smaller 1br suite with a single bath. The condos are connected by an interior door as well as each condo having an exterior entrance. In addition, each side of the combined condos has living and kitchen areas which on the smaller suite is a mini kitchen. All of these features are larger on the deluxe side. Take a look a the floorplan to see what you are getting.Kingsgate resort charges a $7 per day per condo (not per person) amenities fee. This covers all resort amenities. You will pay this fee when you check in.Please understand that all photos are representative of the condos at Wyndham Kingsgate.
