Lower level (walk-out), family room, 4 bedrooms, full bath, laundry room. camp fire pit and lots of privacy.Chocorua Ski and Beach is a wonderful vacation and year-round private community that offers a large beach with swimming dock and floats and a gorgeous view of Mt. Chocorua. Kids love to dig in the sand and build countless sand castles. Kayak, canoe, paddle boat on the quiet lake.The playground and basketball court are located near the beach, and the tennis court is available at no charge. Trails to 40 acres along the south side of the neighborhood provides biking, walking, atv riding and endless blueberry picking. In the winter, there is direct access to the snowmobiling trails, ice skating on the pond, and 4 ski mountains 20-40 minutes away. Centrally located between Wolfeboro, Meredith and No. Conway.
