20 G Street is a wicked awesome large house – perfect for family reunions and large gatherings. This is a great place to pull your family together, grab some lobsters and spend some quality time together 1/2 a block from the beach and 2 miles of boardwalk!!It has been Family Reunion Central for our family over Labor Day weekend for the past 9 summers. Great memories!!!20 G has gone thru 8 winters of renovation…. all new electrical, laminate flooring, new kitchens, mattresses are 6 years old, all bunk beds are 5 – 7 years old, all new showers and updated bathrooms.Mitsubishi mini split provides A/C in the massive living room. 30,000 BTUs of cooling/heating on the second floor. 5 bedrooms on first floor do not have A/C or heatWe have some limited availability in September (except Labor Day weekend).– Labor Day weekend is booked with our personal family reunion that we have been hosting at 20 G for 9 years!Details- 4,500 square- Sleeps 30 in twin beds and twin bunk beds with a bedroom dresser for each person- 14 bedrooms- 11 updated bathrooms with walk in showers (no bathtubs)- 3 kitchens; each with a stove, microwave and 2 refrigerators, toasters, coffee makers, pots/pans, dishes and glasses- 700 square foot air-conditioned common area to hang out in with a 60″ Smart TV- WiFi- Second floor has 36,000 BTUs of heating/cooling that is being installed to take the chill out of cool off in the heat of September.- Gas Grill- Off street parking for 8 – 10 cars
