The Johnson Branch cabin accommodates 4 four people comfortably. Two bedrooms, two baths, a large covered porch with hot tub and a wood burning fireplace in the living room (firewood is not provided). Master BD and living room with 40″ Roku TV.This cabin normally rents from Sunday to Sunday, If you have different days in mind please check with me. I will try to accommodate you if possible.There’s a nice picnic spot down by the tumbling brook as an added feature, with the stunning beauty of the North Carolina mountains all around. The Johnson Branch Cabin is fully equipped, spotless, and just waiting for you!My cabin offers everything that you will need; private Hot Tub, 40″ Smart TVS with Roku devices, central air and heat, unique setting, privacy, and peace. The Johnson Branch cabin is 1 mile from the Valley, restaurants, gift shops and bars at an altitude of 3200 feet. The cabin is tastefully decorated with antiques. From the porch you can enjoy the sound of the creek bordering the property. The Johnson Branch cabin has wireless Internet provided by Charter/Spectrum, bring your laptop and work anywhere on the property, sit on your deck or by the creek.Wildlife includes, elk, deer and turkeys, of course there is no guarantee they’ll visit during your stay.ONLY (1) one dog under 20 lb. will be accepted for a non refundable pet fee of $ 150.00 per stay or per week. For example staying 7 nights or less, $ 150.00, staying 2 weeks $ 300.00. Pet must be crated when you are not at the cabin. ABSOLUTELY NO CATS!My residence is in Maggie Valley, in the event of a problem during your stay you will not have to rely on a property manager.
