It has his own A/C unit.BATHROOMThe bathroom consists of a 12 Inches Luxury Rain Mixer Shower with Body Shower, technological mirror, toilet. Also, there are free public parking spots in the streets next and near the building.- Our check out time is 11 a.m. Due to logistics, we don’t have a lot of flexibility to move the check-out so we kindly ask you to exit the apartment on time. In the event that the time is not kept, there are late check out fees:- $40 if guest(s) stay after 11:30 p.m.- Full extra night cost if guest(s) stay after 12:15 p.m.- Smoking is not permitted in our apartments, we are very strict about this policy.
