All guests must comply with Union County noise ordinance sent to them in advance and posted in the home.• Please note: neither Nourish Vacation Homes nor the property owner are responsible for any accidents, injuries, as well as stolen or damaged items that occur while on the premises, its facilities or parking lots.•Guests will secure the premises by locking all doors and windows when not on property• Traveler must be at least 21 years of age to make a reservation.• State Identification Card or Driver License copy must be provided when requested upon booking.• Please respect COVID-19 social distancing.• Because this home is on a septic system, flushing anything anything other than the provided toilet paper will result in a $200 fine; this includes wipes labeled as flushable.• NO PARTIES OR GATHERINGS.
