Nestled next to the highway and HRBT Tunnel, it’s just a few steps away from the pristine beach. Your perfect getaway awaits!Guest Access:Guests will be provided a key code for the door lock. Guests will have the entire unit to themselves. Guests are given one parking spot on the parking lot for their suite. All additional vehicles will need to park on the street (free and open parking, but host is not responsible for issues caused by street parking).The Neighborhood:This property is central to all local Ocean View restaurants.Getting Around:There is one parking spot per unit on this property.Other Things to Note:House rules:• Absolutely no smoking of any kind. Guests will be fined if smoking policy is violated.• No parties or events (gatherings over max occupancy of 2 will be shut down immediately unless previously approved by host)• Quiet hours begin at 11pm (this is a multi-unit, family friendly property)• Check-in is anytime after 4PM• Up to 2 house trained dogs or cats are allowed in unit. Pets are not allowed on/in beds. When left alone in unit, please crate. If no crate, shut all bedroom and bathroom doors.• Glitter of any kind is not allowed in the unit. Any sign of glitter throughout the unit will result in an immediate $100 cleaning remediation fee.Check-out Instructions- Check-out is 11am- Clean the dishes & return them.- Turn TV off- Leave AC on in summer and heat on in winter- Lock door behind youInteraction with Guests:There is no interaction with the guests unless they contact us via platform or phone messaging.
