This charming year round, lakeside cottage is just boasting with newly remodeled furnishings and was featured on HGTV’s Lakefront Bargain Hunt. Located minutes from downtown Penn Yan where you will find local favorites like the Seneca Farms Ice Cream, Laurentide Brewing and only a few miles from Crispin Hill Wedding Venue and Abandon Brewery, the Willow Tree Cottage is the perfect Keuka Lake escape.The main floor has been recently remodeled, with a nicely appointed kitchen and a dining room that offer lake views sun up, until sun down. A spacious living room overlooks the lake and has a sliding door that takes you to the water. A new sofa and welcoming decor offer an ideal retreat for reading a book, or visiting with your friends and family.Upstairs you will find three nicely appointed bedrooms, and a full bathroom with shower. The largest bedroom is adorned with a cozy king-size bed and offers a spectacular lake view where you can enjoy beautiful sunrises. The two smaller bedrooms offer additional sleeping for four, ideal for small extended families.Outside, you will enjoy 65 feet of level lakefront with a seasonal dock. The water depth is gradual, perfect for swimming! A picnic table sits near the willow tree, partially shaded from the hot summer sun.Located just two miles from downtown Penn Yan, this cottage is ideally situated on the Keuka Lake Wine Trail. Seneca Farms, a local ice cream and eatery, is just a short drive down the street – their food is incredible! Within walking distance from Seneca Farms is a local park with a new playground for entertainment for all ages!Note: Smoking is not allowed in any rental property.Homes are not handicap accessible, unless stated in description.Where pets are allowed it is indicated.
