This house/ camp is direct waterfront and has been completely remodeled in 2022! Very close to Indian Bay Marina/Restaurant and located on a beautiful spot of Willsboro Bay! A few miles from the town boat launch and golf course and Ausable Chasm, an amazing family day trip, is 20 minutes away. Enjoy local walking and biking trails as well as great swimming off your own private dock in the summer! We have a mooring for anyone wanting to bring their boat, 2 kayaks and a canoe! We provide all linens, towels and household supplies.Come and relax on beautiful Lake Champlain in this 3 bedroom camp with our beautiful views, stunning sunsets over the water from your own private deck and mountains.Fall foliage/ leaf peeping at its finest! Ferry service, including car transportation, to Vermont is easy and inexpensive.
