Only 4 block walk to the famous Windansea beach through a neighborhood of beautiful homes. Short walk to Birdrock or La Jolla Village. La Jolla Hike and bike trail 1 block away. Excellent south facing balcony, new appliances. 715 square feet that feels spacious and roomy. New exterior windows and doors. Ideal location between Birdrock and La Jolla Village. Plenty of street parking available as well as 1 dedicated spot in complex. Mountain bike stored in unit available for small maintenance fee. Minimum 30 day booking but book at least 31-32 days to avoid 10.5% local tax. This is because the definition of a month differs between City of San Diego and VRBO.
