There's space for 5 vehicles in the driveway.Other Things to Note:Please note we cannot assume responsibility for the availability of the community's amenities. Any closures or maintenance issues fall under the purview of the resort's management.All adult guests (18+) are required to register. Resort pass-sharing is not allowed.The pool at the home can be heated for an extra charge of $35 USD/day. It must be requested at least 3 days before your arrival and stay heated for the full duration of your stay.BBQ grill rental is available for an extra charge (3-burner $85 USD/week & 4-burner $105 USD/week) and must be requested a week before arrival. *The oil pan must be placed under the grill. Additional cleaning fees may be charged if the patio floor is dirty/stained.We provide starter items like paper towels, trash bags and toilet paper. Please note these are not replenished.Florida law does not allow open food to be kept, so all food items are removed after each guest checks out. Therefore, there will be no supply of items, such as condiments, coffee grounds, etc., prior to check-in.We provide bath towels but not beach and pool towels. Please keep the towels provided in the home for bathroom usage only and pack your beach towels for using the pool, beach, waterpark, etc.Your health and safety are our top priorities. We take this seriously. The home is professionally cleaned and disinfected before every stay, following all CDC and WHO guidelines. We use hospital-grade cleaning products and pay special attention to high-touch areas such as door handles, light switches, and countertops. Our linens and towels are washed and dried on high heat to kill bacteria or viruses. You can rest easy knowing that our home is a clean and safe environment for you and your loved ones.Guests will be requested to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation.A security deposit may be required prior to arrival or at check-in, subject to the booking platform used to make the reservation. This fee is charged as a credit card transaction and refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met.We kindly ask our guests to please abide by these HOUSE RULES- Travelers must be at least 21 or older to book.- No smoking of any kind (tobacco or cannabis) is allowed inside the home, and the use of any recreational drugs at the property is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will incur a $300 USD penalty.- No parties, events or illegal activities are permitted. Excessive noise is not tolerated, especially after 10 pm, to respect the neighbors.- No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed.- No tent or other structures may be set up on the property grounds.- Renters agree to cover any charge related to damages that occurred during their stay or extra-cleaning charges if needed after their stay.- Renters may be required to provide a government ID on check-in day or anytime during their stay.- Please avoid moving furniture.- Pets are not allowed.Interaction with Guests:It's a self-check-in property using an electronic door code.
