King-size Master bedroom with en suite overlooks the Private Pool & Hot Tub, Queen-size bedroom, King-size bedroom, and 2 Twin beds bedroom. Laundry Room just off the Kitchen (Washer & Dryer). Eat-In Kitchen plus formal dining area. Living Room with Sliding Patio Doors to your own pool and Hot Tub (no additional charge for Heated). Full size Pool Table located in attached garage. Propane Gas Grill and a Charcoal Grill is provided. (propane and charcoal is not supplied)HD TV in living area, 32 inch in King bedroom. Free use of DVD’s, board games, and reading books. FREE WIRELESS INTERNET in house.The Villa has its own private/screened/illuminated heated pool and Hot Tub Spa complete with patio furniture.
