Beautifully and Elegantly remodeled estate new addition to the Temecula wine country vacation rentals…introducing the Belle Volte Estate! COUNTY OF RIVERSIDE PERMITTED VACATION RENTAL PERMIT NUMER: RVC-022.Belle Volte is a gorgeous “One of a Kind” houses that can accommodate up to 10 guests. This amazing home is located off the De Portola Wine Trail and close to several of Temecula’s top wineries and wedding locations. The Belle Volte Estate is privately gated property on almost 5 acres of serene land and surrounded by some of the most breath taking views of rolling hills, mountains, vineyards, and other high end luxury estates. Belle Volte has has a beautiful kitchen with Jenn-Air top of the line appliances and huge granite central island for entertaining. The kitchen is open to both the great room & dining room and over looks the stunning sparkling pool & spa with time stopping views all around! You can have a seat in the Great Room on one of our three fluffy full size couches to enjoy a movie on a 55 inch flat TV or just enjoy the company with all of your party. Also on the 1st floor immediately when you walk into the front door is the 1st over sized Master Suite with a Cal King Bed, private bath and closet with 2 rollaway beds. Off the side of the Kitchen there is a 2nd Main Floor suite that has a Cal King Bed, private bathroom and 1 rollaway as well. The high vaulted ceilings at the front entrance expose the curved elegant staircase that leads you to the second level of the estate. On the 2nd floor from the curved stairs not only is there a 3rd master suite with private bathroom and large closet with 3 additional rollaway beds, but there is a Bonus Loft Area that has a table, chairs, and couch to enjoy a board game or read a book. The loft has a balcony that over looks the sparkling pool, rolling hills, and vineyards. Passing through the double doors from the loft is our huge game room with pool table, game area, TV, futon couch and even a private restroom! That’s not all, this home has so large, it’s got a 2nd set of stairs on the other side of the home that leads you to the 4th private suite that has it’s own private entrance and private bathroom. This home allows you the space to enjoy the tranquility and soak in the peaceful feeling of the Temecula Wine Country Residents get to enjoy!We can sleep up to 10 adults, possible up to 4 to 5 more children but no more than 10 adults, while a total of 8 people can sleep comfortable in the 4 bedrooms. We have 6 roll away beds that you can move around the home however you wish and the game room futon can also sleep one when converted to a bed. 10 people will all be very comfortable and with all the sqft of this home and large open rooms it can all be private as well! Great home for a Family Reunion or Celebration or a great gather spot for friends as well! Travel into our backyard to the pool/spa that has all the best views! Our home is just minutes from Wineries such as Cougar, Leoness, Gershon Bacus, Wilson Creek, Doffo and more! Belle Volte Estate is 15 minutes from the freeway and just 10 minutes into the City of Temecula.Belle Volte is a prefect home for a large group to come and enjoy each other! The open floor plan of the Great Room, Kitchen & Dining Room allow your party to comfortably be all together but the separate Suites and game room also give you all the room needed to stretch out and enjoy the quiet time.Things to know about Belle Volte Estate, pool heating is an additional fee. We do include hot tub usage with the stay unless the usage is excessive and guests do not turn it off after use and costs are higher than what would be a normal usage. Pool Heating fee’s are calculated off the amount of propane gas used to heat the pool. The Spring & Summer months it is more reasonable price but the winter month’s the fee is high due to high gas prices and the large amount of gas needed to keep pool heated.
