The upper level offers a primary bedroom with a lake view, a King-size bed & an ensuite bathroom with stand-up shower. This bedroom is equipped with a wall unit A/C, ceiling fan and Smart TV. The middle bedroom also offers a majestic lake view, Queen-size bed, Smart TV, ceiling fan and a split A/C unit. The third bedroom on this level offers views of the lake and mountains as well. It has a pyramid style bunk bed with a Twin-size bed over a Queen-size bed and a separate Twin-size bed too. This bedroom has a ceiling fan and a split A/C Unit. In addition, there is also a full-size bathroom on this level with a tub/shower combo.The detached garage also offers a finished, living / sleeping area with 4 Twin beds and a Smart TV. NEW FOR 2024: PORTABLE A/C HAS BEEN ADDED TO THIS SPACE. Please note, there are no bathroom facilities in the space above the garage. There is, however, easy access to the house through the side door leading into the laundry area.
