Winnipesaukee waterfront in Meredith with fabulous newer addition! This super family retreat is located at the mouth of a sheltered cove with immediate access to the open lake! Fabulous sunsets. Wireless internet. 4 bedrooms plus a bunk bed in the lower level (separated from the family room by a room divider). Deck and patio area, nicely landscaped yard, 2 docks for up to two 21′ boats. Make this charming home your vacation spot!! A small dog may be allowed with owner’s approval and $175 pet fee. Please ask about bringing your dog at time of booking. Max: 3 cars. If you would like to rent linens, the fee for this property is $105 for sheets and $12 per person for towels. If you would like to have the beds made for you, the fee is $8 per bed.Please note: Amenities and furnishings can change at any time without notice.
