PRICE REDUCED FOR REMAINING OPEN SUMMER WEEKS!!!!! Wonderful lake cottage for 8 with great sand beach and SW exposure! Large lawn to the water is a great place for the kids to run and play! Bunk room with 5 twin beds and 2 bedrooms (queen and twins). Screen porches on both sides of the house as well as a patio. Tenants are not allowed to dock boats on the dock. Walk to the town of Center Harbor or sit on the beach and watch the Mount Washington go by. This charming lake house is the perfect spot for your family vacation! Fireplace is off limits. Max: 3 cars If you would like to rent linens, the fee for this property is $120 for sheets and $12 per person for towels. If you would like to have the beds made for you, the fee is $8 per bed. Max: 3 cars.Please note: Amenities and furnishings can change at any time without notice.
