Renovated in 2018, yet keeping the quintessential lake home feel you are looking for including knotty pine paneling, soapstone counter tops and wood floors, this home beckons you to come spend your vacation here. Featuring 4 bedrooms and 1 & 1/2 baths with the primary bedroom enjoying a slider to the lakeside deck, you’ll find plenty of room for your group of up to 8. You’ll want for nothing at this cozy getaway offering a dishwasher, washer and dryer, wi-fi, cable TV (in living room and primary bedroom), split A/C units in the living room and 2 of the bedrooms and so much more. Imagine waking up, grabbing your pole and heading out for some fishing off the dock while the rest of the group slumbers or, maybe, just grabbing a cup of coffee to enjoy on the screen porch while you dream up the day’s adventures that await. After breakfast, meander on down to the waterfront where you’ll find two levels of sand for relaxing or running into the water to cool off on a hot summer’s day. Bring or rent a boat; the dock will accommodate a boat up to 19 feet in length (the owner keeps their boat on one side of the dock) and get out on the water to try tubing or water skiing. Remember, today’s adventures will be next Holiday’s funny dinner table stories. After your day on the lake, the resident chef will love preparing dinner on the gas grill (barbecue with a view!). In the evening you’ll gather around the fire pit to unplug and watch the sun set while reconnecting over some tall fish tales from the day or ghost stories as you enjoy a s’more (or two – we don’t judge). Are you feeling guilty every time you talk about your upcoming vacation in front of Rover? Well, tell him he’s going too!! A dog up to 20 pounds may be allowed, depending on the breed, with owner’s prior approval and a $175 pet fee. Please ask about bringing your dog at the time of booking. Fireplace is off limits and not to be used.If you would like to rent linens, the fee for this property is $90 for sheets and $12 per person for towels. If you would like to have the beds made for you, the fee is $8 per bed.Parking for 4 cars.Please note: Amenities and furnishings can change at any time without notice.
