Guests have shared access to a picnic area, bbq and a dog run. Parking lot with plenty of parking near the condo entrace. If you smoke you must head outside onto the public parking lot or grass area4) No events5) No loud music or other outdoor loud noises between 10pm and 8am6) Guests are responsible for reimbursement of any broken items7) For your own safety and our ability to best manage the property, we do have a camera at the front door and a noise monitor inside the home.Pet Rules:1) Disclose if you are bringing a dog at the time of booking2) One dog maximum.
