The dining table seats up to 4 guests with additional seating at the kitchen island for 3. The open concept makes it easy to enjoy one another’s company. When you’re done with a long beach day, the spacious living room offers a flat screen TV and comfortable living room furniture that makes for the perfect movie night. Lounge on the spacious deck with your favorite drink in hand while overlooking the boardwalk and enjoy evening light shows over the water. Beach Retreat is perfect for your entire family and will have you coming back year after year!*This property is not available to adults under the age of 25. No Exceptions.***All guests are required to register their vehicles one to two days prior to check in and pay for parking passes and wristbands. The registration fee varies between $75 -$100 based on unit occupancy. The number of passes and wristbands provided also varies, based upon unit occupancy. The link to register will be sent to guests prior to arrival via email titled “Laketown Wharf Guest Registration Link”.
