Wonderful, covered back patio with comfy seating, private pool, propane grill, 2 kayaks (life jackets not provided) and 2 decks on the docks for your enjoyment. The top deck has a dining table with 8 chairs and a propane fire pit. A great place to relax and enjoy a glass of wine or your morning coffee. This home is only 5 miles to downtown New Braunfels, Schlitterbahn and the Comal River! Fenced in back yard for your fur friends! 2 dogs under 40 lbs. allowed. $25 per day per pet.Unwind in the comfortable living room with Free WIFI and cable TV. The living room has a sofa sleeper for 2 guests. Fully equipped kitchen with all the comforts of home. Dining table with seating for 6. There are 3 bar stools at the kitchen island.
