Highlights in this bright and cheery cottage include an open floor plan with vaulted ceilings, Pergo flooring, three bedrooms (loft has been enclosed but doesn’t have a separate door at the top of the stairs), and an extra bathroom in the 2nd floor bedroom. In the family room you will find a TV, VCR/DVD player, stereo/CD player and numerous movies to enjoy. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the conveniences you’ll need including granite counter tops, and a combination Regular Brew and Keurig coffee maker. There is a full bathroom accessible from the hall and the 2nd bedroom.The master bedroom has a king-sized bed, a TV, and a full bath attached. The second bedroom boasts a full-sized bed with a single bunk bed over it, and another single bed in the room. This room also has a DVD player, board games, puzzles, cards for the kids on rainy days! The adjoining full bath has a shower/tub. Upstairs the loft has been converted into a private bedroom. The loft upstairs has been enclosed but there is no door at the top of the stairs, for the 3rd bedroom with 2-twin beds and access to a deck overlooking the lagoon and golf course.EXTRAS available for your use boogie boards, coolers, beach chairs and umbrella, crabbing lines, a beach cart to haul your items, sand toys and a variety of sporting equipment. There is a gas grill for your use too.*Seabrook Island Property Association (SIPOA) has started charging for all gate passes.Gate passes are $45/ vehicle. This charge applies if you are staying 1 night – 179 nights. If you are staying more than 179 nights, there is a different charge.Gate pass car total is due 2 weeks prior to your arrival. Payment of $45/gate pass(es) is due at time of your final payment.Any changes made less than 2 weeks prior to your arrival are non-refundable. If you add a gate pass less than 2 weeks prior to your arrival, a $10 additional fee will apply.THIS PROPERTY ALLOWS FOR A MAXIMUM OF 2 GATE PASSES TOTAL (legally 2 bedroom plus loft.)Once the car has a gate pass, any licensed driver can drive.Amenity cards giving you access to the facilities of the Seabrook Island Club, are included in the rent. Feel free to ask any other questions you may have.For monthly winter rentals the policy is as follows: For cancellation made up to 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, the deposit will be refunded less a $250.00 cancellation fee. For cancellations made less than 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, all monies are forfeited. If able to rent the contracted dates after a cancellation, Guest will be refunded an amount equal to new rental rate minus the $250 Cancellation Fee.
