Use the full kitchen to assemble a delicious and refreshing beverage to enjoy out on the furnished balcony. When it’s time to enjoy a home-cooked meal, you’ll have four breakfast bar chairs and a dining table with seating for two to take advantage of. Head down to the beach for a day of sun and sand on the gulf then come back to spritz away the sand with the outdoor shower. You can use the elevator to easily access this 12th-floor suite, even with an armload of fresh groceries! The high-speed WiFi will make it easy to do a little research for those last-minute projects. You’ll love basking under the central AC and ceiling fans to stay cool on a hot summer afternoon and you can always head down to the shared pool for a good swim.Things to know:High-speed WiFi for remote workers and online students!Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 2 vehicles.This rental is located on floor 12.Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”).
