This Fort Screven three-bedroom condo is located on the north end of Tybee in the quiet cul de sac of Oceanview court. Tybee’s Fort Screven condos are right around the corner from the Tybee Post Theater and several popular Tybee restaurants.”Tybee Sunrise” is a three-bedroom and three-bathroom condo with an open, airy floor plan. The cozy oceanview living room has a queen sleeper sofa for additional sleeping accommodations if needed. A formal dining table with seating for six guests separates the living area from the kitchen. The fully equipped kitchen includes standard size appliances. Conveniently there is a full bathroom and laundry room in the hallway.The oceanview-covered deck overlooks the Atlantic ocean and Tybee beach with an outdoor dining table and hot tub. The oceanview deck may be accessed from the living room or the primary bedroom. The primary bedroom is a king suite with an attached full bathroom with a walk-in shower.There are two additional bedrooms located on the opposite side of the condo. The second bedroom has a queen bed and an attached private bathroom with a shower/tub combination. The third bedroom has two twin beds and convenient access to the full bathroom located in the hallway.The private beach crossover is between The Fort Screven Condo building (#7) and the building next door. The building has a shared outdoor shower among the occupants.Parking for two vehicles.
