Luxury Florida Living!4 Bedroom 3 bath home on a lake with a private heated pool.”Close to Well Known 5th Avenue and Beautiful Beaches”Enter this private pool home through a double door entry into a spacious living room with large sliding glass doors overlooking an expanded enclosed pool deck and beautiful lake.The living room has vaulted ceilings and casually elegant furnishings, an 85-inch Sony flat screen smart TV with Free WIFI.Next to the living room is a beautiful open concept kitchen overlooking the dining room and the rest of the living area. The kitchen has plenty of counter space and is very well equipped.The laundry room is equipped with a full-size w/d and utility sink. There is direct access to the garage from the laundry room.You enter the Master suite through double French doors with a king-size bed, flat screen TV, and access to the pool. The bathroom comes equipped with a soaking tub and walk-in shower. There is also a large walk-in closet.The two guest bedrooms are located on the opposite side of the home. Each with two twin beds sharing a full bath.The second bedroom suite has a comfortable queen-size bed with its own private full bath.The heated pool area is equipped with a gas grill, a dining table seating 6, an outdoor love seat with a coffee table .This home is very serene and tranquil – perfect for relaxing and entertaining.Briarwood is a gated community just minutes from downtown Naples, beaches, and shopping. Amenities include a clubhouse, tennis courts (pickleball), and two pools – one being a lap pool with plenty of seating around the pools. There are three lush acres of the community park area to be enjoyed by its residents.
