High ceilings give this refurbished antique an open and airy feel. The dining area has a large table with room for everyone. One of the two sitting areas is a cozy TV nook with flat screen smart TV and cable (stream additional content with your own accounts). The main living area opens to the gourmet kitchen with large island with counter seating, stainless appliances and commercial range. Foodies will be right at home in this well-equipped kitchen.Off the kitchen is the large screened-in porch with large dining table and additional seating–sure to be a favorite spot for meals, games, a good book and some good conversation.At the front of the house on the first floor, there is a half bath and a bedroom. The bedroom has a full bed and an ensuite bathroom with tiled shower.Two staircases, one at the front of the house and the other off the kitchen, lead to the second floor. There are two bedrooms on the second floor. The master at the front of the house has a queen bed. The other second floor bedroom also has a queen bed. There is a full bathroom with tub/shower with access from the hall and the master.Another set of stairs leads to the third floor bedroom with two twins. This bedroom has skylights, a foosball table and a half bath (sink with water closet).The home has wood floors throughout and window air conditioning units in the first floor living room and all four bedrooms. NOTE: As is common in many antique homes, stairs are rather steep.Just off the screened-in porch is a lovely bluestone patio with Adirondack chairs and firepit.
