A charming condo on the west edge of Vail Village, enjoying a great location between both Lionshead and Vail Village. Easy, short walk to both Villages or get on the in-town bus that stops just outside this complex. The living room has a wood-burning fireplace and great views to the ski slopes. Open living, dining, kitchen area with the dining room seating six. There is a full size washer and dryer. Building elevator for easy access to 3rd floor. Walking distance to the Vail hospital, Vail ski slopes, restaurants and bars; perfect mountain getaway!FEATURES: Main bedroom has a Full bed, 2nd bedroom has a full and a twin. There is a queen sofa sleeper in the living room.NO Air-conditioning, but we are at 8000 feet elevation. In the summer, opening a balcony door or windows cools the condo pretty quickly, but then you may hear some highway noise.
