Woodhaven Country Club is a gated community with 24-hour security, centrally located close to all amenities. The property is within 10 minutes of the Indian Wells Tennis Center, Costco, Trader Joes, and many other shops and restaurants. The Woodhaven complex has 4 pools, 8 newly surfaced tennis courts, pickle ball and fitness center. The 18-hole regulation par-70 golf course that surrounds the property is extremely well maintained and right outside your door. The clubhouse and restaurant have been recently remodeled and it creates a lively community atmosphere.Our place is a single story end-unit that boasts one of the best locations in Woodhaven. Facing into the interior of the complex and overlooking the 16 hole, we have wall-to-wall living room windows with views of the clubhouse and fairways. This property offers a peaceful place to spend your vacation. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you could want for entertaining or cooking a delicious meal.The master suite is large and spacious with a California King bed, a large walk-in closet, 65″ TV, double sinks and large renovated shower. The guest bedroom has a wall-to wall-closet, large dresser, bedside table and ceiling fan. Across the hall is the main bathroom with a new large shower.This unit has eastern exposure that welcomes the morning sun. The patio with pergola is a beautiful spot to enjoy your coffee and breakfast while watching the activity on the golf course or the antics of the roadrunners and hummingbirds. It has a gas barbecue for those casual evening meals.We offer free long distance to Canada and the US, Spectrum Cable, and wireless Internet for your convenience. The closest pool and hot tub are just a few steps from your door, near enough to refill that beverage and far enough to maintain quiet privacy.We purchased this place in 2013 and have gradually modernized the property with new paint, pot lights, light fixtures and solar shades across the living room windows and door. Also, we have completed extensive renovations to replace all floors with tile and added baseboards. In addition we remodelled the kitchen, replaced the refrigerator, bathroom faucets, toilets and both showers. For a more comfortable stay, we have also included new living / dining room furniture, new patio furniture, and a 55” Samsung Smart TV mounted over the gas fireplace.Please come visit, relax, and enjoy all the desert has to offer!
