Only 75 minutes from Manhattan, with Metro North access nearby.Wake up to the sunrise over the lake with stunning views from the master bedroom; enjoy the private lake or one of many nearby hiking & biking trails; cook in the fully equipped kitchen or outdoor grill; and wind down with a bath in the jetted tub and a fire in the indoor wood stove or outdoor fire pit.Everything you need for a weekend getaway or week by the lake!An updated A-frame lakeside chalet, our home has everything you need for summer lakeside fun, fall Upstate foliage viewing, or a cozy winter getaway.Access. Entire home, deck, driveway, yard, and shared access to the lake (3 small beach / dock areas). Please note that our home is not directly on the beach, but a short walk away from the lake.We provide some swimming equipment such as rafts and floatation devices. Kayaks will be available April-November.Access to the private lake and small beach area is available via a slightly steep path directly across from the house. There are also two other access points a 5 and 10 minute walk (or short drive) down the road (both have less steep pathways to access). There is a ringbell camera at the basement entrance door for safety. Photo ID is required for booking.
