The 2 Gulf-Front Master Bedroom Suites open onto an incredible huge 12′ x 40′ Gulf Front Balcony, one of the biggest on the beach!Interior features include brand new stainless steel appliances and remodeled second master bathroom. Every room has its own TV with sling subscription. Enjoy your favourite shows or sporting events on the HD smart TV.Plank tile flooring throughout the unit. Other features include crown molding, granite kitchen counters in a fully equipped kitchen with a large breakfast bar that opens to the Living room area.The other 2 bedrooms are spacious with a queen and twin beds in each of them. A memory foam mattress sofa sleeper in the living room add additional beds. Easily, sleeps 12 people comfortably!There is something for everyone in Panama City Beach. Relax on the beautiful white sand beach or go for a stroll along the beach. The condo is close to all major attractions such as Gulf World Marine Park, Shell Island Dolphin tours, Shipwreck Island Waterpark for the kids, Pier 1 park for shopping, restaurants.You must be 25 years or older to rent this Condo and be present for the entire rental period. All guests must provide government-issued photo ID’s upon request. Very clean unit and family-friendly building. NOT suitable for parties, no spring breakers, beach week, high school, or college graduations!!!
