Relax by one of two community pools, an afternoon tennis match or a walk to the end of the Island to explore Mason’s Inlet a natural shoreline filled with shells and wildlife.Enjoy a sunset over the ICWW Marsh from the covered front breezeway or take a bike ride to Wrightsville Beach nightlife, shops and restaurants and all that Wrightsville Beach has to offer.Decorated with a Coastal flair, this condo will accommodate all your needs to provide a wonderful, relaxed beach vacation. Updated kitchen with granite counter tops, Stainless appliances and ample cabinet space help preparing meals a breeze. Spacious bedrooms, large closets, and baths create relaxed, easy living. The open floor plan invites you to come home after a sun filled day to unwind and get ready for the next beautiful day in Wrightsville Beach.**Elevator reliable but not guaranteed.**Parking instructions:2 spots permitted, 1 is assigned. Passes will be left with welcome bag for guests and need to be displayed to avoid ticketing. No additional parking passes can be provided due to strict HOA rules and regulations. Any additional vehicles must park in paid public parking.INCLUDED: WIFI, fully stocked kitchen, paper goods , bikes, and ALL linens, including all bedding + bath + beach towels to save you the hassle/cost of renting them separately ($200-300+ value)! When you arrive, beds will be made with crisp, fresh linens and complete sets of fluffy towels will be available. Beach bikes, cooler, beach cart and beach accessories are also provided for your enjoyment.You must be 25 years or older to rent this property.Sea Scape requires that all reservations have a signed rental agreement on file that will be emailed to you after booking. Once you’ve booked your stay, you will have 48 hrs. to complete the rental agreement to confirm your stay. Sea Scape reserves the right to cancel your booking if the rental agreement is not completed within 48hrs.Booking a vacation rental can be stressful!
