The other second floor bedroom has a queen size bed. Approximately a 3-4 minute walk to the nearest beach access. The central location is perfect for all your recreational needs. Seaside is 1 mile away; Publix grocery store is about 1.5 miles away; and Angelina’s Italian Restaurant, the very elegant Cafe 30a, and the only Tom Thumb convenience store between Dune Allen and east intersection with Highway 98 are all within the block. There is a private community swimming pool across the street and the beach, shops, bike paths, and state parks are all within walking distance.This property features 3 large porches off the front and back of the house and the master suite porch even features a peek of the ocean. It has an outdoor shower, a deck, and a large backyard with a Weber grill.
