Enjoy Lake Winnipesaukee in our 2 bedroom plus sleeping loft cottage/condo. King bed in one bedroom, plus a queen in the other bedroom and also in the loft. Split A/Cs and ceiling fans throughout. High speed internet with TV streaming. 3/4 bath with shower. BBQ grill. A deep water boat slip on the expansive over the water sun deck is available for up to a 27′ boat for an additional $100 fee. Private Association sandy beach with beach chairs, sun and shade and a swim raft is just across the street. Tennis/pickleball court and pool are steps away. 2 parking spaces are just outside the rear door. The Bank of New Hampshire Pavillion is next door (a 5 minute walk).Weirs Beach, Funspot and Gunstock are each less than a 10 minute drive. Our location makes for a pleasant boat ride to any water destination on the Lake.Rentals are 7 nights minimun, Saturday to Saturday (additional nights based on availability).Sorry, NO PETS, smoking, vaping, etc.
