The dock looks across at undeveloped land that is part of the Clemson Experimental Forest. YoBergerVilla is nestled in a secluded branch of Lake Hartwell with quick access to the larger lake.Enjoy the relaxing life of living in this 5-bedroom lake home. The main floor circles around a gas fireplace with 2 wings on either side that lead to the bedrooms. All bedrooms and the living room face the lake. The main living area opens onto an expansive deck area.THE UPPER (MAIN) LEVEL has 3 very large bedrooms: Master Bedroom (1) — King bed and couch; Bedroom (2) — King bed; Bedroom (3) — 2 Queen beds; The large master bath has a walk-in (small lip) tile shower; the 2nd full bathroom (tub/shower) is in the hallway with Bedrooms (2) and (3).THE LOWER LEVEL (has a door that leads to the downstairs patio and easy access to the Circle Of Swings) has 2 bedrooms: Bedroom (4) — 1 Daybed with trundle that pops up to create a king-size bed and 1 Queen bed; Bedroom (5) — What was fomerly bedroom #5 has been converted into a Downstairs Gathering Space. We connected a closet, a hallway and the bedroom to create this area. While not technically a bedroom, it does have 1 Bunkbed (Twin top, Full bottom). The Downstairs Gathering Space has plenty of sitting area. Your children and/or teens (or the child in you!) will enjoy relaxing here with TV and video games. Quiplash anyone? (There is a game closet upstairs and we continue to add to it.)In addition to the bedroom and Downstairs Gathering Space, the lower level has a full bathroom (shower). This bathroom also serves as a “mudroom” that is accessible from a back door that you can use coming up from the lake.The upstairs Living room is in the shape of an L. The smaller side of the L allows for intimate conversations and/or a more secluded area for work or internet use. The other side of the L has a group seating arrangement facing the stone gas fireplace and allows for a group of people to comfortably relax and enjoy conversation, playing a game or watching TV.The Living Room boasts a large rock fireplace with a 55″ Roku TV. You can use the login already set up for you, or use your own log-in. We provide a YoBergerVilla YouTubeTV (not even remotely similar to YouTube!) account – which gives cable-like channels. Roku has many apps for you to log into your own accounts with (ie Prime, Netflix, Hulu, etc).No need to see that pile of laundry that you want to get away from. A washer and dryer are available in their own little nook (with doors that close). Laundry detergent is pre-loaded in the washing machine.The kitchen is fully equipped (including a sous vide!) with enough dishes for the whole group. There are a lot spices and non-perishables available. The NEW convection oven with a built-in Air Fryer setting make cooking a breeze.Linens and towels are, of course, provided – though we do ask you to bring your own beach towels.Just outside the NEW living room door is an expansive porch that can easily fit your whole group with seating for 16. It is also a great place to relax and just enjoy all that…quiet . Remote working or schooling is peaceful out on the deck.The lower level opens up to a walk-out covered patio that leads to the NEW 6 sided porch swing firepit. Whether in the light of day or the coziness of night, this is truly a great place to simply be. Whether it is meditating and enjoy alone-time or laughing with friends, there is something about porch swings that is comfortable. Adding the firepit makes the whole scene inviting..Whether you are there for 2 days or for 10, there is no doubt that you will find yourself remembering your time at YoBergerVilla.
