Five minute walk to Short Sands one way and Brown’s ice cream the other! First floor has living room, dining room, sun room, kitchen, bathroom with tub/shower and laundry room with full size washer and dryer. There is a small porch off the back great for morning coffee in the sun! Upstairs has two bedrooms.Large private yard, most of it on the side of the cottage; with enough room for a family cookout (gas grill in the back yard) and parking for 3 cars.There’s a gas heater on the main level for those chilly off season nights.The kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans, dishes, etc. We provide blankets and pillows but you **MUST BRING YOUR OWN BED LINENS AND BATH TOWELS**Free Wireless InternetYork’s Wild Kingdom: Within walking distance is York’s Wild Kingdom and amusement park.***Cottage is not baby proof***
