You can’t beat this location and this much space for this price!Welcome to the York Street Cottage. This is the quintessential Old Orchard Beach experience, located literally steps to the beach and a 1/2 mile from the pier!The cottage is a 3 season house with 4 small bedrooms and roof deck upstairs, 1 1/2 baths, kitchen, living room and sun room downstairs.This property has been in my family since my grandmother was a little girl, the bedrooms still have original whitewashed bead board walls. While we know this isn’t the swankiest house on the block you certainly can’t beat the convenience of York Street.The cottage is nestled between York and Traynor Streets.Check in time 3pm, check out time 10am, please adhere to these times. We do the changeovers ourselves and appreciate it left tidy.4 Bedrooms all on the 2nd Floor: 3 have Full Beds, 1 has a Twin Bed and sliding door to rooftop deck.(1 cot is available downstairs and the sofa)Linens are provided but please supply your own towels.1 Full Bath with Toilet, Tub/Shower and Sink/Vanity1/2 Bath with Toilet and small SinkKitchen: Stove/Oven, Microwave, Fridge/FreezerWasher & DryerPropane GrillRinnai Heater Unit in the first floor dining area, please note there is no AC, although there are fans available in each room and for the first floor.Cable and WiFi internet provided.PARKING- There are 3 ample, off-street driveway parking spots (4 if you have small cars) on the Traynor Street side of the house. On York Street there is only street parking, if available. Please make sure to read all street signs when not parking in the driveway to avoid a parking ticket.
